Our van suffered from a severe rear axle failure, while in lower MI on it's way to the UP. It was towed to the Greaves shop, and the riders made their way back to the UP. Edward at Greaves was profesional and went out of his way to accommodate me when it was time to pick the van up. He met me about 20 mins from the shop, to help accommatade my schedule.
