We’ve now worked with Greaves twice. I don’t know why we haven’t before October 2025! The first time we went there it was because my husband’s exhaust pipe was hanging. We were right down the road when it happened. We called and they told us to come in. We were shocked when they got us right in. I've had my car repaired here several times over the past six months for unrelated issues. Each time, I dealt with Edward in the mechanical repair end of the business, and he consistently worked to get my car onto the schedule at this busy shop as quickly as possible. Edward always explained clearly what needed to be done and was happy to show me the replaced components. Even more impressively, he advised me on what DIDN'T need repair or replacement.
