Emailed January 3rd 2022 about a fireplace mantle project and wanted it done before our baby was due August 5th 2022. Jamie said he could do it. On March 9th 2022, he said he could do the projects 6 weeks from then. April 7 2022, we sent deposit of over $1500. Follow up for MONTHS and he kept saying "next week"... I followed up again 3 days before my baby's due date (Aug 2022)..so frustrated that id have to be dealing with this with a newborn now... He finally replied after I asked for a refund of my deposit. We had a fantastic experience with Greatwerx Projects Inc. They removed our old fireplace mantle and installed beautiful custom cabinetry. With their creative solutions they found a way to install a hidden desk, and seamlessly resolved some tricky wiring challenges for our media devices connected to the TV. We hired Jamie for a small bathroom renovation. The quote was reasonable, and we found Jamie to be an excellent communicator, always keeping us updated on the project and asking questions when anything was ambiguous. The work was completed on time and we are very happy with the quality! We also had a small leak in our second bathroom during this time that Jamie fixed at no additional cost. We would not hesitate to recommend Greatwerx to family and friends.
