If you want to work with someone who replies to your email once every other day, takes requests as if they are doing you a favor, then makes mistakes on your returns and blames their software for it, greatways will work very well. I have had Greatways prepare my taxes for many years. Their service and accountability has been deteriorating each year. I guess I am the fool to not see this coming and move away from them sooner.
