Absolutely ridiculous experience. I dropped off my car for breaks today and was told I would receive a call within 30 minutes to an hour after the inspection is completed or at least I would’ve received a text message once the inspection was completed melting. What needed to be done with a prompt to call. I received neither for over three hours and didn’t get any communication until I personally called to check in on what was going on.
