BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We signed a contract with this company after we were promised that they would work with our insurance company to get us a settlement that would cover the cost of the repairs that Greatstone quoted us. When the insurance payout came in WAY less than the quote from Greatstone they left us high and dry. Even the insurance adjuster told me multiple times that their bid was extremely inflated. Have worked with Greatstone over the past several years as both a town house association board member and for our personal residence in the association. Over numerous repair jobs I have always been very pleased with their work. They have a very good ability to analyze subtle problems and implement the right fix. In addition, their workmanship has always been excellent. Finally, they charge a fair price for their work.
Responded immediately when we had rain coming in. What a relief! Got the badly needed new roof put on, up to new codes in a timely manner. Seemless communication with our insurance company. Clean up was thorough. Lovin the new roof!
