The absolute best customer service we've ever received! This is our first home, and we expected a long, stressful process, but Veronica made everything simple, easy, and completely stress-free. All we had to do was move our things in! A few minor adjustments were needed, and Veronica was on top of everything right away, making sure it was all taken care of. We recently purchased a new build from GreatLeaf homes and love it so far. Honestly the entire buying process was smooth. Only very minor things came up during the inspection (we found a reputable third-party Sarasota local inspector to come out) and those few items were quickly fixed/resolved without any hiccups.
