Couldn’t be more disappointed. Took the item I needed work done on, told me they would look at it when one of the guys got back and give me a call. Waited over 4 hours, never heard anything. Called multiple times, phone just goes to voicemail. Went to inquire about my item at 3:45 PM and the shop was closed, supposed to close at 5:30. Now they have my item locked in their shop. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SEEVICE. 0 stars.
looking for a place to have some ribs welded in river boat. The first place give me a quote $4-500, but they couldn’t get to it for a few weeks being in the middle of a project, so stop by Greatland looked at what need to be done six ribs one hole quoted me $1000 and 3 weeks till they could do it, tho their yard was empty? later went in to ask if they could weld a simple 3x3 bracket told me twice as much as I could buy one for not sure if they think that they’re top notch welders but no
