Called for a motorcycle cover for a Shadow. They didn't have a specific one. I needed a 62-inch tall. He had one, but he couldn't guarantee fit. I asked if I could return it if it didn't fit. He said he had.to check. What?? He said he would have to check it wasn't used, dirty, torn. I agreed. He was still hesitant, though. I came in looking to buy a bike and left disappointed. While I’m a young guy, I’ve been around motorcycles my whole life. Needed a tire fixed fast. These guys took me in and got it done. Friendly staff. Service technician even gave me some pointers on stuff I needed to pay attention to. And my bike isn't even a Honda! Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
They did good work on the equipment, but the older tall guy that works in the front is very rude!! Like rude just to be rude. Like he is miserable working there.
I recently purchased a new sxs from them. About a week later my first service was due so I planned on doing it myself, and sent a family member to purchase the oil filters from them. They were out of them and it was going to be a week before they had any come in. So I called them and asked for the filter number so I could maybe try to find one.
