Here is my feedback regarding my recent, highly unsatisfactory experience with Dr. Chima and the office staff. The issues began with a complete lack of organization and professionalism from the clinic staff. They failed to communicate with me on multiple occasions, including neglecting to provide notice that the posted office address is incorrect, despite clearly being aware of the issue.
