Bad experience. Spent hundreds of dollars on custom pyrex globes. They were made the wrong size and out of specification. I sent them back for rework or refund and have not heard from Berkley since. He does not reply to emails or phone calls. BEWARE!
Beware of dealing with this company. The first hint I should've listened to... I sent my order info via email, three 5' long tubes at 3" diameter, and got no response until days later I received a phone call. I again said the specs of my order to a man on the phone, he charged my credit card, and a few days later my shipment came, either wrong order or they got the specs wrong.
