I submitted a quote request on May 15,2026. I received an email confirmation the same day telling me someone would be with me that day. I never heard from any one after that email until 05/18, and that was from Beau Barry asking if someone from his office contacted me. When I explained I had not heard from anyone he said I would hear from someone in his office on 05/18. Imagine my surprise when no one called or reached out to me.
