Pretty blown away with how rude and short Yvonne was when I called her back after receiving a voicemail from her several weeks ago. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by returning her call, she actually told me she was too busy and was in the middle of something and would return me call in a few days - which wouldn't be a problem if she didn't have the attitude while saying this and rushing me off the phone.
