First visit with TAMMY was good. A month before renewal, this year, I asked about getting a better rate. TAMMY just sent the "same" company quotes as last year... which I said I wasn't interested in. Otherwise she did nothing! So I found my own Home Owners insurance and had the courtesy to inform TAMMY I was canceling. Due to TAMMY's lack of "professionalism".... she never notified the insurance company of my cancellation. LESSON: Still have to follow up behind these people. AND I am so GLAD I DID IT MYSELF!!
