First visit with TAMMY was good. A month before renewal, this year, I asked about getting a better rate. TAMMY just sent the "same" company quotes as last year... which I said I wasn't interested in. Otherwise she did nothing! So I found my own Home Owners insurance and had the courtesy to inform TAMMY I was canceling. Due to TAMMY's lack of "professionalism".... she never notified the insurance company of my cancellation. LESSON: Still have to follow up behind these people. AND I am so GLAD I DID IT MYSELF!! Just wrapped up a call with Tammy who was so helpful in helping us lower our cost of car insurance. It was so easy and she answered all our questions leading us to the assurance we needed to change companies. We have been hunting for lower costs and all we got was higher costs. Not today!!
