My experiences with this agency have been disappointing. The service from top down, starting with Michelle Silvester, has been poor. It seems every decision she makes benefits her self interests at her clients expense. Try their new convoluted AI switchboard. It removes personal touch from personal lines (homeowners, auto, etc) Most importantly, be aware of rewrites upon renewals.
