Jessica at Great Florida Insurance is outstanding. She was able to quickly assess my insurance needs and recommend a perfect fit within minutes. Normally shopping insurance providers has taken me days. She was able to get me exactly what I needed for a very reasonable price within 20 minutes where others were quoting 2-3 times the annual premium for the same coverage. I plan on having her check out my auto insurance next. Cannot say enough good things about this experience. Highly recommend.
I had to take back my previous review due to bad experience afterwards. Went here looking for auto quote. Got it from Lissandra Ortiz, after I left the office things started with inconvenience with the policy I choose. When I received the official coverage from Progressive was totally different from the coverage Ms. Ortiz gave me. I contacted the office of GreatFlorida insurance and Ms. Ortiz say sorry that she forgot to tell me a couple of conditions that were attached with the policy I selected.
