I called because of the stellar reviews. Inexperienced guy (hey we all start somewhere) landed us an attractive homeowners rate. The switch was royally mismanaged, resulting in a homeowner’s hurricane-season hellscape. Errors galore and it’s meant time and money to sort out. My new policy was canceled. Unfortunately, I was only notified post-cancelation via 3 unhelpful and identical snail-mailed letters sent on the same day recently. I stopped by their office while looking at homes in Palm Coast. Kerrie answered all my questions about Florida homeowners insurance. She was very knowledgable about all the recent changes to Florida law regarding homeowners insurance. It was very informative. Whenever, I have a house that we are interested in I send her the address and she works up a quote for me.
