James and his team are phenomenal. He answers your call promptly. He haven’t both home insurance and flood quotes quickly with great explanation. He took the time to assess our needs and what we needed for coverage and best fit us for our home and our finances. I requested a quote for renters insurance, gave them my information and then was told they didn't give renters insurance unless I added auto insurance to it. Bottom line is: they'll LIE to get you in the door then come up with a way to increase your cost so they can make a larger commission. Should anyone ask me about an honest insurance agency - I won't be recommending these people.
