Rob Martinez who is a agent under Frank Volpetti at Greater Florida Insurance cost me $88 and had my property insurance cancelled until I straighten it out. Rob was not able to discover what the problem was regarding my cancellation notice even after repeated requests. My insurance was cancelled because he did not send the docu sign documents to American Integrity. He was responsible for doing this and I had to pay $88 to reinstate insurance.
