Phil Rossi is egocentric anddemeaning. All he cares about are commissions. We had a flood and my wife slipped and shattered her kneecap and tore her ligaments. I called Phil for assistence and all he said was call the insurance company. he NEVER asked about my wife..never called to follow up. He is a cold calculating selfish agent. I would NEVER use this agency again.Â
