Had my ducts cleaned by Greatest HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning and he did a very professional job, was very pleasant and was very informative about how to keep my heating operating well. Ken left the house tidy definitely recommend him for future dealings.
Excellent company. On schedule. They took the time to clean both the inside and outside of the dryer. From start to finish, the owner was professional. I was saved from a fire because he took the time to explain the process. Given the amount of time and effort he put into the job, the price was very reasonable. They send reminders prior to the cleaning as well as for subsequent cleanings. This is especially useful for people with hectic schedules. Joseph and his team were very accommodating, professional, punctual, and showed great attention to detail. I’ve spoken multiple times with different members of his team, everyone of them answered all my questions, was always there for any assistance and help, and they did a great job with the attic. Cleaning specialist was awesome - very helpful, explained things, courteous of our home, etc. we cleaned after purchasing our home and major renovations and the stuff I heard being removed from the hoses just floored me that it had been sitting in our ducts and system. We had been getting tons of dust frequently, despite cleaning, and I’m looking forward to seeing the difference after having this done!
