The owner was combative, belligerent, and inconsiderate to the neighborhood while completing a large project on our street. Intimidating my mom who lives alone from parking on her own street. Feel sorry for the guys who work for him.

I am the President and owner of South Pier Real Estate Development, and I have used GWE on approximately 20 developments and jobs. These completed jobs have have ranged from $2k to over $300k. GWE is responsive, punctual and tends to be less expensive than other large companies we have used. The owner is very personal and knowledgeable on commercial electrical needs. Gave me date to fix my issue. Never showed up, and they never returned multiple phone calls. I ignored the low rating they had because I wanted to go local. My mistake! Don't let it be yours.
