Update: Water heater part broke. Mike was able to trouble shoot with me on the phone, order the part, check the warranty, and service the heater when the part arrived. Very grateful to have hot water back on. Thanks again! Mike was able to come over on the same day I called. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get my hot water heater up and running again on a very cold day. Much Appreciated!
we had a great experience with Mike when replacing our old water heater. from the initial contact to the actual installation everything was prompt, very professional and reasonably priced. it was amazing to see how he brought up a huge old 72-gallon heater from our basement by himself. great service. I highly recommend him.
Great service, very professional. He was the lowest price compared to several places. Mike even spent time looking for a blow fuse that happened while he was there. Where most installers would have just shrugged and said call an electrician. Mike was also very good with our dogs.
Mike is amazing and I’ll never use anyone else. The issue with my tankless was not straightforward and he spent a lot of time on with support to troubleshoot. He ultimately got it fixed when others simply walked away with no resolution. I rarely write reviews, but the service Mike provides warrants the effort and time.
