My experience at Greater West Medical Centre The receptionist rang me and asked me to come on monday I said to put for wednesday on my day off today I went to see Dr Harding my appointment was made on sunday 12/10/2025 for wednesday 15/10/2025 at 10.30 am. The medical clinic's inefficient appointment system, long wait times, and unprofessional staff, particularly Dr. Harding, frustrating, and disappointing experience. Don't waste your time visiting this clinic.
Honestly this is the worst medical centre in whole of Western sydney. I have never experienced such poor service from anyone or anywhere. I went in there twice and have been rejected to see a doctor on both occasions. I went in there today with breathing difficulties and needing urgent attention as I had chest pain. The receptionist turned me away and simply said it's by appointment only. I guess you have to guess that ur going to have chest pains from beforehand and make an appointment then?
