One of the best decisions I made was joining Greater West HQ. I was extremely unfit and unhealthy when I first made the decision to join. About 6 months after joining I had managed to drop 10kg. Now I am almost 2 years in and Im the healthiest and fittest I have ever felt. The owner and coaches are all super professional and friendly and make you feel welcomed immediately. Only starting CrossFit at the end of last year I was so nervous to start as I didn’t know much about certain CrossFit movements and lifts , the moment I walked into greater west I was welcomed with opened arms , everyone was so lovely and welcoming ! From a personal point of view, walking into GWHQ was quite daunting for the first time as I had no prior CrossFit experience. That was all put to ease the moment I walked in as I was greeted by the extremely friendly coaching staff who made me feel welcome straight away.
