Been trying to chase a part for my mower for the past 3 weeks. When I call it rings out to a mail box that’s full most of the time, the one time they answered they took my details to call me back because their serviceman didn’t want to take the call at the time and still no call back that was a week ago. Time to change a supplier for a mower who I purchased from!!!
