Just called to get some help for a family member, instantly answered the phone with an attitude. That shows me anyone they help they would treat 20xs worse. I have never left a google review in my life but this is important the pain and dispare one feels when a family member is unwell youd want compassionate people answering the phone. Didn’t ask her name but it appeared to sound like a Caucasian or Hispanic American Woman 20-40 who answered sorry if that doesn’t narrow it down
So the Caseworker does not help in anyway says that things will be done but brushed off on someone else medication not being left and then making the person become upset because staff members at the place are giving a hard time making the person go back to the hospital because of lack of communication and not caring at all you don’t place men with women men need their own building it’s disgusting
