Completed a cleaning and adjustment on my braces. Alexia did an amazing job tying my braces, she listened to my concerns and was very accommodating. Juan did my cleaning and helped me understand how to better clean my teeth around the braces. The front desk staff have Ben awesome as well.
My family and I have been patients at Greater Washington Dentistry for the past few months after arriving from back home. We needed a lot of dental treatment, and we received the absolute best care here. All of us — myself and my entire family — were treated with kindness and professionalism. Let me start by saying that I am extremely particular about my teeth. I have been in between dentists for the last year. I am so glad I gave this place a try. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Dr. Kim is amazing. And Juan who helped him each time I went in was also a breath of fresh air. I am so spoiled at this point I only want to work with them together. Haha. Always have had great experiences at this dentist. My child has been a patient here for a few years. Never had any surprises with procedures or billing. Doctors and hygienists are so good with kids. Super friendly, kind and good at what they do.
Ms. Alexia was lady that brought me in. First thing she did after seating me was compliment me. Very bubbly and smiley lady. Small talk was great. If I could go over 5 I’d rate her a 20. If you’re able to request certain people you should request her!
