The Greater Waco Chamber is an outstanding organization. We are lucky to have this group working for us.
I think that the Chamber is working Diligently Downtown to Revitalize it! I hope that the East Waco African American Community becomes a Part of that Revitalization Process as well. I can still Remember the Exuberance, and complete Joy found in the Expressions of Waco's FIRST African American, Female, Mayor Mae Jackson when she would speak at Various Church and Civic Events concerning the Large Grant that she was Working on to Revitalize BOTH Downtown and the Historic East Waco Community.
