We just got back from a trip to Cape Liberty Cruise Port. Our driver Mike ,picked us up at 7:00am just like we requested. There were 12 of us plus our luggage , with room to spare. He did an excellent job of navigating us through the city traffic and we arrived in plenty of time . He is a very , safe ,courteous and respectful and responsible driver. On our return to port ,we asked him to pick us up at 9:30am at the exact place he dropped us off, and he was waiting there when we departed with our luggage! Our trip was flawles... read more
Had a great time! Mike was very accommodating! Definitely would recommend again.
Our group of 14 had a great experience start to finish. The driver (Mike), was professional and easy to work with. He let us call the shots, and just wanted to make sure we had a great day - which we did! We had the best time and will use them again in the future!
Mike did an amazing job! The times were very efficient and allowed us to pick every place throughout our ride. I can’t wait to book again with him!
I gave 2 stars because I was mostly satisfied with the SUV. Said it could accommodate up to 14. We had 12 and it was very tight. Air conditioning was not great either. Where I had an issue was with everything done by word of mouth. No contract. The things I was told by the owner on the phone turned out differently. Pricing, cancellation policy, when my credit card would be charged and no mention of 10% tax on credit card purchases on the phone or on the website. Details of the trip were also messed up.
