GreaterTherapyCenters in Allen did a wonderful job of delivering the physical therapy I needed to recover from a shoulder injury. Ashley Galovic, the clinic manager and my lead therapist, did an amazing job coming up with and executing the PT plan which she explained along the way. I looked forward to going to PT because in addition to the guided exercises and friendly , helpful staff, Ashley was great at assisted stretching which resulted in faster, continuous progress. Highly recommended.
Jack and the staff are wonderful. My journey was not typical and was very difficult. They made my visits productive even on the hard days. Sometimes success looks like just showing up and having a caring ear. Thankfully things are so much better now. I’m very thankful they were a part of my journey.
I’ve had reverse shoulder replacement. Soon after my surgery I began my physical therapy at the Allen location. To begin with, Kim, who is at the front desk, treated me like I had known her forever. She is the nicest and most helpful lady I’ve ever worked with at a medical facility, helping me with appointments and insurance. Nothing but the very best. Im almost 74 years old Ive used this facility several times and always received the best care imaginable. A really good doctor had diagnosed me with a strained meniscus and the person working on me discovered it was something else when she questioned some of my symptoms and completely healed within just a few weeks!
