Unfortunate that I have to leave this review. The staff is amazing. Paul the physical therapist is top notch. But when it comes to billing there is no help. It all goes through the hospital who is of no help. They do not return calls or send statements. And the therapy office tells me I am paid in full. And I keep getting text to pay. I have called several times to get itemized receipts of where payments have been posted and a statement from what I owe. The office has even sent emails and no response. Paul Moyer, PT is excellent. Went in with pain and limp after home health canceled left with minimal/manageable pain after one session. Staff is very nice. Great choice for PT. THANK YOU HRPT!!
