Greater Than is my third space. I have been a member for over a year now and cannot say enough positive things about the trainers, staff and other members. The gym provides a safe, comfortable and motivating environment. The cardio and strength equipment is high quality, and the red light sauna is an amazing way to relax after the workout.
I am so thankful to have enrolled with Greater Than Performance and Rehab. The facilities are fantastic and have everything you could ever need to have an incredible workout in addition to other services such as physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy. Don't let the little hands fool you. Jessica at GTPR is a freaking HEALER. First time I met her I was an old, inactive, out of shape, and trying to be a badass and start Jiu Jitsu. All the injuries had manifested in my body and my shoulder was the worse. She came to the class and saw me sitting and asked what was wrong. I told her my shoulder needed WD40 and wasn't working. I am an athlete, full time mom, and full time student. I don’t get a lot of time for myself, but I had an hour with Kindra for a massage and wow. Kindra was AMAZING! She assessed my needs and my most problematic areas, ( literally my whole body is stress) 🙃. She was very adamant about making sure I had the best experience possible. I liked talking to her because she’s incredibly interesting, but at times she told me to just focus on myself and relax.
