I first went to Nathan Barbosa at Greater Than Performance after injuring my elbow. In just three sessions, I went from constant pain to no pain at all. Now I’m on a strength program with him, building resilience so that when the unexpected happens—like a pedestrian stepping in front of my bike or a truck cutting me off mid-turn—I’m better prepared and less likely to be sidelined by injury. Nathan is skilled, thoughtful, and knows exactly how to guide recovery while building long-term strength. I couldn’t recommend him more.
TJ is truly incredible at what he does. The medical-grade bodywork I’ve received from him has made such a difference—not just in relieving pain, but in actually addressing the root causes of body dysfunction. Greater Than is my third space. I have been a member for over a year now and cannot say enough positive things about the trainers, staff and other members. The gym provides a safe, comfortable and motivating environment. The cardio and strength equipment is high quality, and the red light sauna is an amazing way to relax after the workout.
I am so thankful to have enrolled with Greater Than Performance and Rehab. The facilities are fantastic and have everything you could ever need to have an incredible workout in addition to other services such as physical therapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy.
