Don’t do an auto loan through them. After years of being with them we decided to try to get our payment reduced & asked about refinancing- they don’t do refinancing. Then after having our loan there for 3.5 years we got behind. We spoke with them & they assisted us but there was a problem & my car was repossessed. Their automated phone system sends you on an endless loop of “please hold while I connect you to a representative,” then sends you back to the original options/“main menu”, no matter what you select. I’ve been on the phone for over an hour going through every possible options just trying to contact a real person. Absolutely horrendous customer service practice. I’ve been a member for probably three years now I opened up my personal and business accounts at the Arlington location. There’s been several occasions where I have gone to the drive-through and some of the employees working the drive-through have a very condescending or unhappy or rude demeanor.
