I have banked at GTFCU for 30 years and I have always been pleased with the services they provided. I really like the people that work there. They all have a nice balance between being personable and professional. Recently Steven Rodriguez & Rosie personally assisted me with some challenges I was having. I really appreciated the know how, the focus on solutions and prompt action they brought to the situation to bring things to a positive solution for me.
Working hard to correct vast frauds on my accounts
Greater Texas Federal Credit Union is awesome. I came in today to get help with my mobile app. While here, I spoke with the branch manager, Steven R., who helped me look at ways to save money. He's helping me transfer a loan to have a much better interest rate. He introduced me to Daniel B who is going to look at my account with another financial company to see if I am getting the best money for my financial account.
