We've been banking with GTFCU for 30 years. I value their great service and member benefits. Austin Branch Manager Steven Rodriguez this week dropped everything to help with an emergency when I arrived this week with my elderly mother. Scammers had called her on her cell phone, using high pressure fear tactics to convince her that her account had been hacked, and that she must immediately go to her bank and move all her money into a 'crypto investment' in her name. I have banked at GTFCU for 30 years and I have always been pleased with the services they provided. I really like the people that work there.
