I recently visited the GTCU office in north Austin to put some accounts in a trust. This took some time as it is time consuming since there is a lot of exacting red tape. I commend Angela Palacios, Branch Associate, for her careful, thorough attention to detail. Another associate and the Branch Manager finalized the paperwork. All of them were patient and professional. I highly recommend GTCU for your financial needs.
