The guy that I spoke to on the phone was ZERO help. I am highly disappointed with the costumer service. I still don’t even know how to make a payment for my loan.
Fantastic establishment with great values and even better customer service. I recommend this credit union to every person I can, as it has been me and my family’s only choice for banking for 10+ years. Today I had to come in to get a new debit card due to a fraudulent charge attempt and was assisted in a very efficient and understanding manner which made a normally annoying task not too shabby.
Best service ever!!!!! I have very little income. The employees treat me like royalty. 5 plus to everyone This is an update 3/4/25 The service is still great
