Came in to open a checking and savings and ask about a business account, the bank teller attended to us immediately! Ms. Houston was very helpful and knowledgeable and got me in and out!! Everyone was very friendly upon arrival as well!! I will be back to open my business account!!
My bank sent me to this bank, bc they offer the shared banking/ Co-op banking. I called and spoke with the bank and informed them that my bank. Informed me due to the amount of my check. That I would have to come and deposit the check in an actual bank. No problem since I already prepared the check to be mobile deposit. Morgan was so kind, patient and professional. Bottom line - she was blessing to me. I had come in to Greater Texas Credit Union to get a cashier’s check and she gently and patiently walked this elderly lady through the entire process. I had to use a co-op Credit Union because mine’s is located in Maryland. Thank you Morgan for all your help and being so kind and patient with me. It was appreciated more than you know.
