I got a check from my sister and brother-in-law for my birthday and since they could not get in touch with them on the phone, and had my drivers license, social security card and the envelope the birthday card came in with their address in Oklahoma matching the address and names on the check plus my ID. The check could not be cashed. My sister and brother in law were at their grand daughters graduation. I feel racist profile is the reason. Excellent service, Deandra helped me with everything I needed.
Absolutely the worst bank I've ever had the displeasure of using. They moved location without telling us, then changed our account so much; our money is being held captive. I used to be able to just withdraw or transfer. Now, I have to wait 24 hours for my money to come to me. They have no problem taking my money though. If you're considering using this bank, I highly advise you don't. We're in the process of closing EVERYTHING out of this horrible excuse for a bank. Worst bank in Texas, hands down.
