Anixia helped me set up some accounts today, and I am so excited! She was so nice and wonderful and made the process super easy. I love how she was able to sign me up and answer all my questions and give me a debit card same day.
Anixa Deandra Erika provided the BEST customer service ever!! They were very patient and understanding of our needs. They educated us on different savings accounts we could open and very knowledgeable of all the things we needed. I’m very happy to be banking with such caring individuals!

What almost was a very frustrating situation, turned out perfectly thanks to Micheal and Erika. Michael we SO nice and persistent to help me trouble shoot an authentication issue. When all else failed, an equally sweet Erika even let me use her phone to complete the process. Talk about determination and customer service. N. Arlington location to the rescue. Thanks y'all!
