I visited around May and was told I had to wait for a 'predetermination' from NIHB. After hearing nothing for months, I contacted NIHB directly, only to be informed that a predetermination is not needed for a full set of dentures. I have wasted 7 months waiting on this misinformation without a single follow-up call from the office. I do not recommend this clinic, especially to Indigenous patients.
