Horrible experience they had me waiting there since 11:45 am till 9:00 at night I get it it’s a hospital but I seen a lot of people walk in with their animals and they were in serious condition and was told the wait it 4-5 hours that is unacceptable you don’t make someone wait that long it’s insane and don’t get me started on the staff nasty rude people who don’t even answer your questions correctly it was a terrible experience my dog just wanted to run out the door she didn’t even care how she was feeling even she sensed th... read more
