Not very pleased I was 15 mins late to my 30min consultation for my 8week old puppy so I only had a couple mins to discuss the reason I was there which I had no problem with but not sure if there was a late fee as nothing was said, turned out there wasn’t anything to worry about, my puppy didn’t have any complications whatsoever but honestly felt like a 5min conversation, afterwards the lady straight up told me it was $110 didn’t greet me off as I left as well which I found rude for paying such a high price who would’ve know... read more
Team was lovely, and full of helpful information. Very friendly, and the dogs loved the enviromenment.
