Fantastic staff, caring and compassionate! Amazing outdoor area for pets to go to before or after they visit. Clean, fair prices, and the staff at reception are extremely helpful and really go above and beyond to help.
Love all the vets and support staff at all locations!! They have been nothing short of amazing. The pet club membership is worth every penny, sadly my dogs have been “frequent flyers” so to speak, so the pet club has paid for itself so many times. Top level care, very accommodating and compassionate. Also their extended hours are an absolute Godsend! Very grateful for Greater Springfield Vets and everyone on the team!
I recently had to put my cat Ralph to sleep and they were nothing but professional and empathetic. The fur in little jars along with his paw prints and even nose print was just a beautiful touch! Rest in peace my little buddy🩵
