Very overpriced, they have put their prices up over 25%!!! Only after they charged me for a consultation ($95!!) did they quote for the procedure that one of my other dogs had a couple months earlier & the price was +$200!! Wow, what a scam! I asked why the price was so much more for the same procedure & received a vague email saying staff costs & anaesthetic costs had increased!?! No $ breakdown on the increase was given, won’t be returning to be ripped off ever again.
Squeezed us in - on a Sunday within 30mins of calling! Super friendly and calm, caring humans.
The team and nurses at spring field were professional understanding and very supportive can not thank them enough for helping myself Nd husband saying goodbye to our furbabie who was 16 years old they made up the room with pure thoughtfulness an heart they were very understanding and knew we needed a bit more time with our fur baby they never pushed us they allowed us a proper goodbye
Great vet, I like the reminders about servicing my furry children as I don't always remember. Everyone there is so friendly.
I just wanted to write to thank the Augustine Heights team who supported us about a month ago when our cat came in with FATE. The team were so compassionate and quick in their advice, assessment and then support for our girl and the rest of us through the process of her dying. I am a grief counsellor by trade, and to be held so beautifully, myself and my little kids, was so appreciated, and it isn't always the case.
