Really lovely service from both the ladies at the front counter and the people helping me with the whole experience, and Dr Claire is the best! I’ve been in braces for a little over 2 yrs and my teeth are so much better then I ever expected. I was always scared going into appointment at the start but having so many bright and happy people who smile and check on you is amazing! I feel respected and heard at all times and feel like I can openly express concerns and questions I may have throughout my journey.
I wasn’t entirely sure whether my son “needed” braces when the dentist recommended them, I took Tyler to see Dr. Clare and I’m glad I did, she showed me what I couldn’t see and what needed fixing. His teeth are beautiful and his overbite has been corrected. All the girls are beautiful from the front desk to the back. We have been on the braces journey with my daughter for almost 4 years, the day has finally come for the braces to go on. Normally a 4 year journey for something would feel stressful, overwhelming, costly but Dr Clare and the team at GSO have been amazing from the very first visit. The dentist can be scary for kids in particular my daughter who has numerous teeth pulled, regular visits but they have made it easy, calming and never stressful. Thank you GSO, we can’t wait to see the final results

Love Greater Springfield Orthodontics, their dedication, care, experience and knowledge from Dr Clare and her team has been amazing, they have made the whole orthodontic journey for my 2 children easier and they now have wonderful smiles. Every step and procedure was always explained and the support from Dr Clare and her team was wonderful. I can not recommend enough.
