Review is strictly for billing! The scheduling staff were very nice in trying to help :) I could not book an MRI at this facility, as Akumin, a large nationwide company that took over their billing dept, was unable to give me a written copy of the verbal estimate. This is pretty standard and strange they could not provide me a copy of the estimate? which made me uncomfortable getting a scan here, as I have no way to verify what estimate they told me. The scheduling staff were very nice in trying to help though!
Lady at front desk extremely rude and unfit for customer service
I had a great experience at this facility !!!!! From the office personnel, (Angelina) and the amazing technicians Ashley and Nick. I am very claustrophobic and I hate needles, Ashley and Nick were amazing, making sure that I was comfortable and provided the best Patient care I’ve had in many years. five stars all around.
I want to thank everyone including all the Specialists of Trinity Health Group I think they humble and they try the best
