My fiance went there for the first time a few weeks ago. He was under the impression they "helped" people with absolutely no income. He got a $400 bill! Not only that they were trying to charge him $45 for inhalers and charge other meds. They claimed they could get him melatonin for less then what dollar tree charged 🤣 they now want to help him apply for medicaid. Allset! They'll probably charge him $1000 just to print 3 pieces of paper and get her to type with her pretty little fingers. Frigin pathetic greedy place!
My experience with this medical network has been incredibly disappointing. I have been dealing with significant health issues for months and repeatedly felt unheard and unsupported. At my neurology appointment, the physician admitted that he was "shy on memory" and did not remember ever meeting me only three months prior. He then appeared unfamiliar with navigating the electronic medical record system and had not reviewed my medical history beforehand. I ultimately had to provide my own records during the visit. I give five stars the dental team is awesome patient very detailed my treatment plan is Affordable what I couldn't afford they got a team and made some phone calls and got me a grant Medical was very fast very thorough down to the mammogram and my referral's out it doesn't get any better than this
