Pretty good to be honest, got a good pump in the gym off 800mg of caffeine
A great place to work out, swim or play any recreational sports. The sauna and steam room in the men’s fitness center are an absolute game changer as well. Would recommend.
If you’re checking out this place for “ child care” I’d advise you to do background check on the “ teacher” and to make sure the cameras are working. I’ll keep sharing my experience and it was not a good one with the Y
