My visits at the facility have always been great. The people are friendly and so is the staff. I enjoy all that the YMCA has to offer from the weight room and pool to the wellness activities. However, today as I was working out I was listening to the radio since I forgot my headphones. One of the staff members disconnected it without asking if I was listening to music around 5:30. My 20 month old son has been going to the ELC at the greater Scranton YMCA since he was 8 weeks old. I trust the staff as if they were family. I work a rapid 2/2/3 rotation so there are days I only get to see my boy for a few minutes. Having the BRIGHTWHEEL app grants me the privilege of seeing pictures of him and what he is up to throughout his day. My only wish is that I had two more hands so I can give them four thumbs up!!!
Love the YMCA. Not only do they take great care of the children they teach them so much. They also have a well balanced meal program. The staff is amazing.
The YMCA staff is like a second family to my daughter. I can go to work every day calm and confident because my daughter is in the best hands. ¡ Gracias por todo YMCA!
