Read your contract carefully. It will say any party can terminate the contract at any time. Which they did to me when I complained about issues that weren’t done as specified. My opinion only. They just took my money and walked away. Before you hire them, check out the BBB review, which was what I had to deal with. Again, only my experience with this company.
