The people at the clinic are fantastic. Very professional and friendly. Best experience so far with a vet.
Caring and Compassionate they were able to get my daughters kitten in right away after an injury. The staff was excellent at calming the situation down and excellent care with the kitten. When an emergency occurs this is the place to go.
A huge thank you to Dr. Ellsworth and the team at Greater Saint John Vet Urgent Care for taking such great care of my dog after he swallowed a shish-kebab wooden skewer. Dr. Ellsworth assessed him quickly, kept us calm, and arranged the best definitive care to get it safely removed. Because of her quick action and compassion, we have a happy ending!
We had a phenomenal experience taking our elderly fur baby Aqua in! Everyone was so kind and understanding! Absolutely amazing service and we will 100% be back!
Our jack Russell, in his overachieving nature had a parkour fail leaping for his tennis ball and coming to a full stop in the raspberry bushes. The resulting limp and three-legged walk indicated he needed some assistance but our vet was booked solid for the week. I called here, got an appointment quickly where Sammy was loved on, given treats and gently examined.
