It's the worst. Went in one Monday told I had just a cold. The following Monday went back it was pneumonia. The doctor was to do xray. When thay came back sit there for 20 minutes. She couldn't even call me about them.

My daughter drove an hour and half to be treated Horribly. Only kind helpful person was the front desk lady. Running high fever tested positive for flu A . She asked the nurse for an IV. The nurse replied rudely ,why? She told her she couldn't keep anything down, lost of appetite, no liquids or food. . The nurse told her drink water ..my daughter replied I cant keep it down my throat hurts so bad..nurse replied well drink some more then, and handed her a bag of mask to take. If you have a primary care doctor try going there to avoid having to go to urgent care. I had to take my 16 month old into urgent care over the weekend for an ear infection. We were in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. The lady at the front desk comes across a little harsh/rude. Stood in line to get checked in and she let me know to sit down because there were others she had told to go sit down and wait to be checked in. Being there that long in a waiting a room with a toddler was miserable! However the nurse and... read more
