If you have a primary care doctor try going there to avoid having to go to urgent care. I had to take my 16 month old into urgent care over the weekend for an ear infection. We were in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. The lady at the front desk comes across a little harsh/rude. Stood in line to get checked in and she let me know to sit down because there were others she had told to go sit down and wait to be checked in. Being there that long in a waiting a room with a toddler was miserable! However the nurse and... read more

WORST urgent care I’ve ever been to. Rush you in & out so they don’t have to do their job. ALSO! Hours are 7am-7pm but should be down as 7am-6:30pm because if you show up at 6:30 with your sick kid with a 103 temp you’ll be told urgent care isn’t taking patients anymore. God forbid you guys don’t get home right at 7. Go literally anywhere else.

Excellent Clinic & Regional Hospital with many different services to choose from. They also have an excellent Surgery Department with a very good medical & surgical staff of people ! Would definitely recommend them if you're needing surgery and don't want to travel clear to Des Moines or Omaha/Council Bluffs areas.
