We are a coaching facility that specializes in fitness, nutrition and mindset. We want to make a positive impact in people’s lives. That is why we are more than just a fitness facility. It is really hard to change people's lives in 3-4 hours per week. What we do outside the gym matters as much if not more than what we do in it. I joined GP in 2019 and was shaking as I walked through the door. I met Jilisa and Matt and never looked back! I attend the Longevity classes now and have done some regular Crossfit classes in the past too. It is family and community all wrapped up in an immaculate gym with high quality equipment. Great place to get back into shape! The coaches are so welcoming and put me at ease in the first session. Great camaraderie between everyone working out and between the coaches and athletes within. Loving my time here and looking forward to continuing my fitness journey with Greater Purpose Health and Fitness!
GP is a great place to work out. Lindsay is a great coach, and the other women in the longevity class are very encouraging, enthusiastic, welcoming, and so much fun.
