Greater Portland Health is a transphobic organization, despite claiming to be otherwise. When my husband and I went there in 2017, we were told that we would only be provided services until we were able to see an endocrinologist, at which point we would no longer be receiving primary care - because apparently transgender people can only ever need healthcare related to transitioning, and nothing else.
